The team follows the Scrum Model. There are two major meetings in a day. First Meeting is Discussion about the work and the targets to achieve and the second meeting is about the targets that were achieved and how to make work more fun. The Process involves Planning, User Stories, Requirements, Architecture, Programming, Publishing. Awards are rewarded to the Team to keep them motivated and happy. The energy of Team is the Truth about your Company and the Environment. Team Members have to be flexible and supportive. We do coding in a pair of team members. Management.

The Best Part of the Management Team of the Company is that all the Team members are technical and have been developers before. There are so many advantages of being a technical person and as developer, coder, programmer you may have been aware of the many advantages. If you cannot measure a thing or a problem it cannot be done. Proper Timeline for projects and tasks are assigned. The Same is passed to the client and coordinated with them.
